My journey into yoga and coaching began long before I realized it was my true calling. Growing up, I watched how stress, poor lifestyle habits, and emotional struggles quietly consumed the people around me. Health and happiness were slowly eroded, and I began to wonder whether there was a deeper way of living. Before guiding anyone else, I knew I had to experience transformation for myself.

When I began practicing yoga seriously, the change was profound. It was not limited to physical flexibility or strength; it reshaped my mental and spiritual outlook. Life appeared through a new lens, one that made me acutely aware of the fragile nature of existence. The truth that struck me most deeply was that life is temporary, and death inevitable. Yet in between, people often become consumed by achievements, identities, and struggles, forgetting to prepare for the ultimate reality.

The breath, the very force that sustains us, often goes unnoticed. Stress arises from an over-identification with body or mind, but yoga revealed to me that we are much more than these aspects of ourselves. This realization brought peace, clarity, and meaning into my days. Yoga, in its truest sense, is a union with the self beyond body and mind, and over time I felt compelled to share this gift with others.

My professional journey, however, did not follow a straight line. It was multidimensional, spanning the fields of corporate strategy, financial advisory, media, and wellness. Each role gave me new perspectives that eventually enriched the way I coach today. My time as a news anchor with Business Television India taught me the power of communication and storytelling. Later, as an investment advisor, I recognized how financial well-being was an inseparable part of holistic wellness. My corporate career further expanded when I assumed leadership positions such as National Lead for Go-to-Market Strategy at HDFC and Head of Marketing at Godrej Koerber, where I learned to design innovative strategies across diverse markets.

Alongside these roles, I nurtured my passion for holistic living, training as a yoga coach and later as a Vedic astrologer. This parallel journey gave me a rare ability to combine spiritual insight with practical tools for life and leadership. Founding Namah Yog allowed me to offer Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga to both individuals and corporates, while my work in Germany helped me design wellness programs for organizations. Collaborating with doctors and psychiatrists, I saw how yoga and meditation could complement therapy and healing in powerful ways.

The global crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic became a personal turning point. Isolation and uncertainty created a silent epidemic of stress, anxiety, and depression. Even during my corporate years, I had observed how stress was being normalized, with long working hours, constant competition, and relentless pressure to perform treated as badges of honor. Yet health, creativity, and relationships paid the price. I realized then that the world did not just need more fitness trainers it needed holistic guides who could address the body, mind, and spirit together. I made the decision to dedicate my career to this mission, and what began as a passion grew into my life’s purpose.

My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that transformation must be holistic. Every individual is unique, and therefore every wellness journey should be personalized. True empowerment comes not from fixing others but from equipping them with the tools to heal and grow themselves. I strive to create union by blending yoga, meditation, breath work, astrology, and lifestyle coaching into a cohesive approach. Respecting ancient tradition while acknowledging modern challenges is central to my method. A typical session may begin with pranayama to ground the mind, move into Surya Namaskar to harmonize energies, and conclude with mindful reflection or guided meditation. At times, I integrate Vedic astrology to help clients understand the broader cycles of their lives, but I always balance this with practical goal-setting to keep the process action-oriented. For corporate groups, I translate timeless wisdom into tools for resilience, productivity, and focus.

The impact of this work has been deeply fulfilling. Some of the most meaningful moments of my career have come not in the form of awards but through the transformation of people. I have seen corporate teams report measurable reductions in stress levels. I have watched individuals reverse chronic conditions through consistent practice. One of the most unforgettable experiences was working with a professional in Germany who had long suffered from back pain, anxiety, and insomnia. Within a few months of yoga, meditation, and lifestyle changes, she regained her health and peace of mind. Her words, “You didn’t just help my body, you gave me back my life,” remain with me as a reminder of why I do this work.

Of course, the journey has not been without challenges. Bridging cultural perceptions between India and Germany required patience, as some people saw yoga merely as physical exercise while others considered it mystical and inaccessible. Sustaining motivation was another challenge, as results in yoga and wellness often take time. Yet these experiences reinforced valuable lessons, that patience is as essential as action, that healing is never linear, that self-care is non-negotiable, and that the smallest consistent steps often lead to the most profound transformations.

Looking forward, my vision is to make Connect with Divine a global hub for integrated wellness that unites ancient Indian wisdom with contemporary lifestyles. I am working on corporate mindfulness programs tailored to high-stress industries, planning women’s wellness retreats in Germany, and developing an Astrology-Yoga Synergy course that aligns planetary cycles with health practices. Ultimately, my dream is simple: to bring yoga into every life not just as exercise, but as a way of living with awareness and balance.

My inspirations are many. I look to Lord Krishna, who taught the art of balance in the Bhagavad Gita; to Adi Yogi, who revealed yoga as a complete lifestyle; to Sadhguru, whose vision continues to guide me; and most importantly, to my mother, whose love and support remain my greatest foundation. From them, I have learned that when you truly love your work, it ceases to feel like work, it becomes life itself.

At the heart of my philosophy lies a belief in conscious living. Life is not about balancing work and personal time as two separate things. Instead, it is about living every moment with awareness, care, and authenticity. In this way, yoga ceases to be something we practice for an hour a day and instead becomes a way of being simple, profound, and transformative.
