Seeing a gap in the executive search market, Natasha launched Oliver Sanderson in 2011. What started as a solo venture soon became a respected global firm known for matching top talent with high-level roles.

After working at Hays and Michael Page, Natasha took a bold step and founded Oliver Sanderson. Her hard work, academic background, and determination helped her rise quickly.
