Dr. Snehal Pinto has over 20 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, making her a respected figure in India’s K–12 education space. She began her career as a primary school teacher and steadily moved into leadership roles, especially within the Ryan International Group of Institutions. Her work has played a key role in improving student engagement and academic outcomes across various Indian and international boards like CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB, and IGCSE.

Dr. Pinto credits her passion for education to the inspiring leadership of Dr. A. F. Pinto and Dr. Grace Pinto, the founders of the Ryan Group. Watching their dedication to making education meaningful motivated her to pursue teaching and later take on leadership responsibilities, starting with the team that set up the Ryan school in Bangalore.
